Tofu Hazelnut with grilled vegetables and gnocchi

Ingredients:

vegetables of your choice, tomatoes, olive oil, garlic, pepper and salt, Italian herbs, gnocchi, 1 piece De Hobbit Tofu Hazelnut

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. 

Clean all vegetables and cut them into a shape of your choice (cubes or strips). Put the various vegetables in the roasting tray or baking dish. Mix the olive oil with the garlic, pepper, salt, Italian herbs and drizzle the oil mixture over the vegetables. Place the dish in the middle of the oven and roast the vegetables for 15-20 minutes.

Add the tomatoes for the last 10 minutes. Cook the gnocchi in boiling water according to the instructions. Cut the Tofu Hazelnut into slices.

Finish with salt and pepper.
