Our smoking process is a natural process in a smoking chamber, through controlled combustion of untreated wood shavings. We do not use liquid smoke, flavourings or aromas.

Our smoking process is also an indirect smoking process.

We perform lab analyses on our smoked products on a yearly basis, and these always comply with the legal standards.
