After much testing we have produced a longer fermentation natto in true Japanese tradition. 

This means that the ingredients are more easily digestible and it adds to our natto's health benefits.

You will notice this physically in the form of slime strings. If you are familiar with our product these slimy strings of soy may appear strange at first, but please be assured that the product is not out of date and that this is not due to a production problem.
The longer fermentation process produces a mellower flavour and aroma.
And that means greater health benefits and a better flavour!
