A meat substitute based on peeled soybeans, which are fermented in a natural way. Tempeh has a slightly nutty taste, and can be easily flavored.
SOYbeans*, water, apple vinegar*, rhizopus culture. (*=organic agriculture). Produced in a factory were also gluten, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame and lupin are used.
Cut into slices or dice, bake or fry in oil, and add a marinade of your choice. You can also deep-fry the tempeh.
