Tofu* 41% (cooked SOYbeans*, water), broccoli* 34%, sunflower oil*, onion*, sea salt, parsley*, vinegar*. (*=organic agriculture). Produced in a factory were also gluten, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame and lupin are used.
As a sandwich spread, with a salad, as a dip, in a buddha bowl, in a wrap, or as a seasoning in soup (replacing cream).
