Eggplants* (51%), seitan* (12%) (water, WHEAT gluten*, WHEAT flour*, shoyu* (water, SOYbeans*, WHEAT *, salt), sea salt, spices*), onion*, red paprika* (6%), green paprika* (6%), tomato concentrate*, sunflower oil*, WHEAT syrup* (gluten free), sea salt, olive oil*, lemon juice*, garlic powder* (0.4%), basil*, paprika*, black pepper*. (*=organic agriculture) Produced in a factory were also mustard, sesame, celery, nuts and lupin are used.


As a sandwich spread, with a salad, in a buddha bowl, in a wrap, or as a dip for raw vegetables.
