Boiled pandan rice*, carrots*, leek*, peeled hemp* (10.1%) , onion*, sunflower oil*, rice flakes*, rice starch*, soaked dulse* (3.8%) , pea protein*, sea salt, dried estragon* , black pepper*, spirulina*


Reheat without fat between a hot grill rid (3-5 min), fry in a little oil in a pan (approx. 3 minutes per side), also possible in the oven or deep-fryer.
