Seitan Gourmet
Description
Meat substitute based on wheat protein, with a marinade based on soy sauce. This seitan has a unique taste and a soft texture.
Ingredients
Seitan* 90% [water, WHEAT gluten*, WHEAT flour*, SOY fiber*, SOY sauce* (water, SOYbeans*, WHEAT*, salt), sea salt, herbs* and spices*], SOY sauce* 10% (water, SOYbeans*, WHEAT*, salt). (*=organic agricultre). Produced in a factory where also nuts, celery, mustard, sesame and lupine are used.
Usage
Ready to (h)eat! Preparation: - in the pan: fry for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides. Add the sauce at the end and let it caramelize briefly. - grill/barbecue: fry for 2 to 3 minutes on both sides.
