Ingredients for 4 filled pita breads 2 carrots, 8 De Hobbit Hemp Burgers with Lentils, 1 red onion, ½ cucumber, 4 pita breads, 1 pack of De Hobbit Hummus spread, salad leaves of your choice, 1 small can of chickpeas, zaatar herbs
Slice and fry the carrots in a pan with a little olive oil and zaatar herbs. In the same pan fry the Hemp Burgers with Lentils until golden brown. Cut the red onions into rings and slice the cucumber. Toast the pita breads, then cut them open. Fill each pita with a large spoonful of De Hobbit Hummus and some lettuce. Add two small Hemp Burgers with Lentils, along with some fried carrots and cucumber slices. Garnish the burger with the red onion, chickpeas and zaatar herbs.
