Description

Fermented, unshelled soy beans. Thanks to the fermentation process, the digestibility of the proteins is greatly enhanced.

Ingredients

SOYbeans*, water, nattostarter (bacillus subtilus). (*=organic agriculture) Produced in a factory were also gluten, nuts, sesame, mustard, celery and lupine.

Usage

Can be eaten warm or cold: cold (with shoyu and mustard), or warm in a stew with vegetables or in soup.
