Water, WHEAT gluten*, WHEAT flour*, SOY fibres*, shoyu* (water, SOYbeans*, WHEAT*, salt), sea salt, paprika powder*, onion powder*, garlic powder*, black pepper*. (*=organic agriculture). Produced in a factory were also nuts, celery, mustard, sesame and lupin are used.


Very easy to prepare: season to taste and fry in oil. Bake as schnitzel, in cubes, or in thin slices for pita bread, wraps or wok dishes.
