Ingredients for 4 sandwiches 8 slices of tempeh bacon, 2 tomatoes, 8 radishes, 6 slices of bread (square), toasted if preferred, 1 pack of De Hobbit Almond-Leek spread, salad of your choice (cabbage lettuce, crinkly lettuce, lamb's lettuce, etc.)
Fry the tempeh in a little oil until crisp and golden brown. Slice the tomatoes and radishes finely. Spread De Hobbit Almond-Leak spread on 1 slice of the (un) toasted bread. Add a few lettuce leaves, slices of tomato and 2 slices of tempeh bacon. Top with a second slice of bread (which has also been spread with De Hobbit Almond-Leek spread). Add another two slices of tempeh bacon and garnish with radish and lettuce. Finish the sandwich with a third slice of bread. Cut the sandwich diagonally, into two triangles. Repeat these steps to make the second double sandwich.
