150 g tagliatelle, 1 red onion, 1 clove of garlic, 500 g chestnut mushroom, 200 g De Hobbit minced seitan , 1 tbsp olive oil, 100 g walnuts, 1 tin of diced tomatoes, 2 tbsp oregano, 1 tsp cumin.
Vegan recipe for 2 persons
Cook the
tagliatelle according to the instructions on the packaging.
Chop the onion and finely chop the
garlic.
Clean and slice the chestnut
mushrooms.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry
the onion, garlic, mushrooms and minced seitan for 5 minutes.
Roughly chop the walnuts.
Add the walnuts and diced tomatoes to
the pan and fry for another 5 minutes.
Season the sauce with oregano and
cumin and serve with the pasta.
