vegan makes 4 burgers 4 bread rolls of your choice, 2 large onions (sliced into rings), Abinda veganaise, chives (finely chopped), ½ sweet pointed red pepper (finely chopped), 1 pack of De Hobbit lupine gyros, olive oil, cherry tomatoes
Fry the onion in a splash of olive oil for 5 to 10 minutes until light brown. Stir-fry the gyros and sweet pointed pepper in olive oil for a few minutes. Remove the gyros from the heat and add some finely chopped chives. Halve the bread rolls and spread with veganaise (or guacamole). Place the gyros and onion on top. Top with cherry tomatoes.
