Japanese-style natto dressing

1 tbsp toasted sesame seed oil, 2 tbsp shoyu, 1 tbsp sesame seed oil, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tbsp De Hobbit natto (or lupin natto), 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion


Gently mix all the ingredients together with a spoon. Leave to rest overnight. Serving tip: Use as a dressing for rocket, salads, Chinese cabbage, raw pak choi, etc.
