Ingredients for 2 people: 250 g ripe mango (frozen is also ok), ⅓ peeled cucumber, juice of 1 lemon, juice of 1 lime, 1 tablespoon of agave (or more to taste), 10 mint leaves and extra for finishing, 300 g silken tofu

Usage

Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve with a bit of mint.
