Oriental spiced tofu in coconut sauce

Ingredients

- 250 g tofu, oriental spiced - 2 sweet red peppers - 200 g green beans - ¼ Chinese cabbage - 4 carrots - 1 teaspoon maple syrup - 1 to 2 tablespoons soya sauce - 500 ml coconut milk - 1 red onion - black pepper  optional: rice noodles

Usage

Slice the carrots, paprika and Chinese cabbage into strips. Heat a little oil in a wok and fry the tofu cubes until golden. Stir regularly. Set the tofu cubes aside. Add the vegetables to the wok and stir continually for 3 to 5 minutes. Add the maple syrup, the pepper, the soy sauce and half the coconut milk. Bring to the boil. Leave to simmer softly for a few minutes. Then add the rest of the coconut milk and fried tofu cubes. Return to the boil. Serve with rice noodles.
