A meat substitute based on lupin beans, that are fermented in a natural way.
Cooked LUPIN beans*, apple vinegar*, rhizopusculture. (*=organic agriculture). Produced in a factory were also gluten, soy, nuts, celery, mustard and sesame are used.
To be used like tempeh: cut into slices or cubes, fry in oil in a pan or wok, add a marinade of your choice. You can also deep-fry the lupeh.
