Smoked Tempeh


A meat substitute based on peeled soybeans, which are fermented in a natural way. This tempeh was smoked with natural wood and has a pleasant smokey taste.


SOYbeans*, water, apple vinegar*, rhizopus culture, sea salt, smoke of wood shavings. (*=organic agriculture) Produced in a factory were also gluten, nuts, celery, mustard, sesame and lupin are used.


Cut into slices or dice, bake or fry in oil, and add a marinade of your choice. You can also deep-fry the tempeh.
