Smoked Tofu


The smoked form of tofu, a meat substitute based on soy. This tofu was smoked with natural wood and has a pleasant smokey taste.


Tofu* (cooked SOYbeans*, water), smoke from wood shavings. (*=organic agriculture). Produced in a factory that also uses gluten, nuts, celery, musard, sesame and lupin.


Many uses: cut into cubes or slices, crumble, mix, etc., and then fry in the pan with some oil, marinate, grill, or use in sauces or casseroles...
