Recipe for 2 persons 1 packet of lightly spiced tofu strips from 'De Hobbit', 10 small potatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, ½ finely chopped pointed cabbage, 2 handfuls of fresh spinach leaves, fresh dill.
Boil the
potatoes, cut them in half and put them in an oven dish (crush them with a
fork) with a good dash of olive oil, the 2 cloves of garlic and a good pinch of
salt. Mix well and bake 12 minutes at 175°C in a pre-heated oven.
Fry the tofu strips in olive oil. After a few minutes, add the pointed cabbage and stir-fry until the pointed cabbage is cooked. Add pepper and salt. Finally, stir in the spinach.
Serve with the fried potatoes, fresh dill and a pinch of freshly ground pepper.
