1 tbsp (olive) oil, 2 sticks of celery (finely sliced), 2 tbsp Dijon mustard, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp lemon zest, 3 tbsp De Hobbit natto (or lupin natto)
Stir-fry the leek in the oil for 3 minutes on a medium heat. Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well and remove from heat. Serving tip: Use as a condiment or seasoning for blanched vegetables or cooked grains. Also ideal for a mixed soup or as a toast topping or sandwich filler.
