Mushroom dish with Tofu Hazelnut

Ingredients

Recipe for 2 people: millet for 2 persons, 1 packet of Tofu Hazelnut from 'De Hobbit', 1 finely chopped onion, handful of mushrooms (enokitaki or other), some apple chips or fresh apple slices, salt and pepper, dash of soy cooking cream, 1 clove of garlic, ½ tsp freshly ground nutmeg, olive oil, rocket salad.

Usage

Cook the millet according to the instructions on the packet. Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil for a few minutes. Add the cooked millet, a dash of soy cream, nutmeg, pepper and salt and cook for a few minutes while stirring. 

Cut the Tofu Hazelnut into cubes and fry together with the mushrooms in olive oil in a pan. Add pepper and salt to taste.

Serving suggestion:

Serve the millet in a deep plate with a handful of rocket, the cubes of tofu hazelnut and the mushrooms on top. Finish off with extra pepper and the apple slices.
