Tofu* (cooked SOYbeans*, water), SOY fiber*, shoyu* (water, SOYbeans*, WHEAT*, salt), sunflower oil*. (*=organic agriculture). Produced in a facility that also uses nuts, celery, mustard, sesame and lupin.
This minced tofu is prebaked, and can therefore be used immediately in your dishes as a replacement for traditional minced meat. Minced tofu can be used, for example, in spaghetti sauce, in woks, in tray bakes, etc.
